By downloading, launching, or otherwise using this application, you signify your full agreement with all provisions stated here. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use Puzzle: Brainstorming solely for personal entertainment on compatible hardware. You agree not to take advantage of bugs, use cheating software, modify local game files, or execute automated scripts that disrupt the intended gameplay experience. Any behavior that interferes with normal functioning may result in the suspension of your access to the App. The App does not include multiplayer chat or direct messaging functionalities.
All trademarks, artistic works, sound elements, puzzle arrangements, and source code of Puzzle: Brainstorming are exclusively owned by our development group. These Terms do not grant any ownership rights to you over the game's intellectual assets.
Any in‑game awards labeled as "cash prizes" or the like are entirely virtual tokens with no real‑world value. This App does not involve real‑money betting, cash payouts, cryptocurrency exchange, or any redeemable assets. Virtual items may not be exchanged for actual currency or goods.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. Performance may be affected by device hardware, system updates, or third‑party SDK behavior.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our development team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including device performance problems or loss of saved game data. Game save data is stored only on your device, and we assume no responsibility for data loss due to uninstallation, device factory resets, or other incidents.
We reserve the right to deploy updates, change features, or remove content without prior notice to each user. Your continued use after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
